The project
A multi-city immersive campaign supporting the national movement to end youth incarceration, created in partnership with RISE for Youth and Performing Statistics. Work spanned a VR installation transporting viewers into a juvenile prison cell, an interactive website co-created with justice-impacted youth, and a 160-foot AR banner on Richmond’s City Hall featuring animated poetry and artwork by youth activists.
The campaign reached audiences across four cities and drew over 18,000 visitors to the interactive youth-story site, contributing to a measurable rise in public support for youth-justice reform legislation in Virginia during the campaign’s run.
The work was recognized with the Anthem Award, Shorty Impact Award, and Evident Change Distinguished Achievement Award.
